Manhattan-based sterling silver jewelry designer, Cynthia Gale, is creating a buzz with her new Signature Collection, The City That Never Sleeps. The result of a collaboration with the New-York Historical Society, the jewelry is an aesthetic tribute to the New-York Historical Society’s Irving Browning collection, which consists of 1,885 gelatin silver photographic prints and ephemera relating to his career as a photographer and cinematographer.

Browning, who opened a photography studio in New York City in the 1920s, is celebrated for his portrayal of the New York skyline, with iconic buildings such as the Chrysler Building, the Daily News and the Empire State Building, as well as hotels, theatres and rooftops.

Creating the collection in both a sterling-silver-only version as well as a two-tone, sterling and brass version provides a greater range of looks and price points to the GeoArt customer.
